Clubhouse Rental Documents

Please find the rental agreement for the Summerview Oaks Clubhouse. Once we receive your signed contract, copy of your ID, and refundable deposit we can reserve your date requested. All dates are first come, first serve.

Residents:

Rental Fee - $85

Refundable Deposit - $200

Non-Residents:

Rental Fee - $125

Refundable Deposit - $200

Note: Max # of guests: 50; no alcohol may be served at this location.

You may drop off your signed agreement, copy of your ID, and deposit in our drop box at our office or you can mail it to the address located below. Rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to event.
